How The Fees Work

I believe it's best to be 100% transparent about any and all fees so that there are no surprises.

Fees are calculated as a percentage of assets under management (AUM).

It's that simple.

Nickelplate FInancial, LLC is registered in the State of Ohio as a Registered Investment Advisor. I am an Investment Advisor Representative of Nickelplate Financial, LLC. As such, I am legally bound to act as a Fiduciary for my clients.

What in the world does that mean?

It is important to understand that my clients hire me to manage their investment accounts; I do not receive commissions from selling financial products. This structure puts both my firm (and me) on the same side of the table as my clients.

I am free to choose those investments we deem most suitable, instead of those that pay the highest commissions.
